Community Guidelines

Article 1 — Always respect others

We all come from different backgrounds and do not all share the same language level. Kreyolang celebrates curiosity and cultural diversity. Always respect other learners and their origins.

Article 2 — Help the community constructively

Learning a language takes effort. If another user makes a mistake or asks a question that seems obvious to you, help them with kindness. Aggressive or sarcastic comments have no place here.

Article 3 — Accept and value regional and dialectal variants

The Creole and African languages taught on Kreyolang have many regional, dialectal, and intergenerational variations. This is what makes them rich — keep an open mind in your exchanges with other members.

Article 4 — Protect your personal data

Never share your phone number, address, exact age, school, or any other personal data that could be used maliciously in community spaces. Sharing personal data (yours or someone else's) may result in the removal of the message or even the account.

Attack a person or group

Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, sexual remarks, and discriminatory comments are not tolerated. CMJ Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any related content or account, without notice.

Cheat or manipulate the system

The use of automated scripts, bots, or any third-party tool to artificially progress in the rankings is prohibited (see also Art. 5 of the Terms).

Post crude language or off-topic content

Hateful, obscene, or off-topic comments have no place in community spaces.

In summary, the following are not tolerated:

• Illegal, pornographic, or excessively violent content
• Spam
• Threats, harassment, or intimidation
• Discriminatory or racist content
• Impersonation
• Sharing of personal data

Any violation of these guidelines may result, without notice, in the suspension or removal of the account concerned, in accordance with Article 5 of the Terms.

To report illegal content, contact us at contact@kreyolang.com, specifying the nature of the content and its location on the platform. We will handle your report as soon as possible.
