This page covers the Kreyolang app, developed by Christopher Jeanne EI (CMJ Group). It describes the account deletion procedure and which data is deleted or retained, in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

How do I delete my account?

Deleting your Kreyolang account is done directly from within the app. This action is final and irreversible.

Directly inside the app

Open Kreyolang

Launch the app on your iOS or Android device.

Profile tab

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon (gear) at the top of your profile, then select My Account from the list.

Delete profile

At the bottom of the My Account page, tap Delete Profile, then confirm your choice (a double confirmation is required to prevent any accidental deletion). The deletion starts immediately and is irreversible.

Immediate deletion

From your confirmation onward, your authentication account and all your associated personal data are deleted immediately from our servers (physical cascading deletion — no deferred retention on Kreyolang's side). The operation is irreversible and cannot be undone.

If you have an active Premium subscription: please remember to cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

About payment receipts: for any purchase within Kreyolang (Premium subscription or gems), the transaction is legally carried out by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) acting as Merchant of Record, technically supported by RevenueCat (data processor under the GDPR). These intermediaries issue your receipt, collect VAT, and retain accounting records in accordance with their own legal obligations.

For any request related to a purchase transaction, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, depending on the purchase platform.

Your other rights regarding your data

Under the GDPR, you also have the following rights without having to delete your account:

Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
Right to rectification — correct your information
Right to portability — export your data
Right to object — object to certain types of processing
