I forgot my password — what should I do?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

I can't sign in with Apple or Google.

Make sure the app is up to date, then check that your Apple ID / Google credentials are active on your device. If the issue persists, try signing in with email + password, or contact us.

I paid but Premium didn't activate.

Go to Profile → Settings → My Account → Restore Purchases. Activation may take a few minutes. If the purchase still doesn't appear, send us your Apple / Google receipt at contact@kreyolang.com.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Cancellation is done from the purchase platform:

  • iOS: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions

Your Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

My streak was reset even though I played.

Your streak is validated if you complete at least one lesson before midnight (local time). If you think it's an error, contact us within 48 hours with a screenshot.

The app crashes or won't launch.

Try the following in order: (1) Close and relaunch the app. (2) Restart your device. (3) Check that your iOS / Android is up to date. (4) Uninstall and reinstall (your progress is saved). If nothing works, contact us with your device model and system version.

How do I permanently delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → My Account → Delete Profile. The action is immediate and irreversible. See the dedicated page →

How do I get a copy of my data (GDPR right)?

Send an email to contact@kreyolang.com with the subject "Data Access Request" from the address associated with your account. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
